I had a fantastic 2-night stay! The breakfast was excellent, with a lovely variety of options every day. The decking area by the river for dining was a peaceful highlight. the room was quite small, but it didn't ruin the experience at all. I'd absolutely return.

Loved the relaxing atmosphere, beautiful riverside terrace, and the pool area was always clean and inviting. Eating dinner by the river, watching the turtles was a highlight!

Thanks very much, so we would book again. The hotel is wonderful small, fantastic based in an amazing building. The units are perfectly clean with breakfast included. Our venue is set in a riverside location so close to Turtle beach, and the centre. The pool bar is nice, really enjoyed this place.

The gardens and pool area are well-maintained. The boating experiences from the hotel are a real highlight, particularly the sunset BBQ outings that provide a unique way to unwind amidst fine views of the river.

I encountered some room issues. The air conditioning worked well, but the room itself felt very basic-almost rudimentary with no frills like a towel rail or proper shelves. The bathrooms showed signs of wear, and it was odd that some rooms were noticeably newer while others clearly needed either a refresh or just better management regarding the reservations.
